Gender Dysphoria in Adolescents and Adults Inclusion: Requires at least two of the following manifestations, of at least 6 months’ duration. Incongruence: Have you experienced a profound sense that your primary or secondary sex characteristics do not match your gender identity?

Desire to change: Have you experienced a profound desire to change your primary or secondary sex characteristics because they do not match your gender identity?

Desire to have sex characteristics of other gender: Have you experienced a strong desire for the primary or secondary sex characteristics that match your experience of gender?

Desire to be of other gender: Have you experienced a strong desire to be of a gender other than your given gender?

Desire to be treated as other gender: Have you experienced a strong desire to be treated as a gender other than your given gender?

Conviction that one has feelings of other gender: Have you experienced a strong conviction that your typical feelings and reactions are those of the gender other than your given gender?
